Skeletal Hand Lantern
I modeled and textured this hand for All Hallows’ Eve, a game project with a Halloween setting. Initially it was meant to be a streetlight lantern, but we are going to use it as a special light in the lake because the Lead Artist was very happy with the result. The model has 3274 tris and is textured with a 1024 diffuse, normal, bump and self-illumination map for the beauty renders, which will be downscaled for in game usage. I spent approximately seven hours on the entire model.
